Filming for this episode was conducted 08/19/2010 through 08/25/2010.

The episode starts out with a brief recap of recent events. Then we find Michael at work in his loft. A studio set.

Then we see an exterior establishing shot of 1000 South Ponte Drive. Where we saw Diego take a fall in episode 37, Long Way Back.

Then we see Michael meet with Marv, poolside. This however is not 1000 South Pointe Drive. They are in Miami at the Epic Hotel which we saw used in episode 44, Devil You Know.

Then we go up to Marv’s room in the Epic so that Michael can take a polygraph. Filmed on location in the Epic Hotel.

Then we go to Madeline’s house (set) where Jesse runs into Madeline and spills the beans.

Then we see Sam and Michael at Carlito’s. A set at the rear of the studio.

Then we go to Claire’s house. Claire’s house is located at 675 NE 93rd Street, Miami. I believe this was filmed on location there but I have not confirmed this 100%.

Then we cut back to Michael’s loft (set).

Then we go to a trailer park so they can talk to Ted. This was filmed on location at the Little Park Mobile Court in the 8300 block of Biscayne Blvd. We first see Ted as he is westbound down E Street. Sam and Michael are parked on L Street at E Street.

Then we see the Charger headed over the Card Sound Road Bridge to Key Largo. This is reused footage.

Then we see Sam and Michael do a rather poor job of interrogating Ted but he confesses to murder anyway. This was filmed in a cargo container at the studio. One of the things that give this away is the cargo container in the rear, left is only a front wall without a top or second side. The Burn Notes on the USA Network web site confirms that this was filmed at the studio.

Then we see an aerial shot of the Port of Miami.

Next we see Sam tell Claire that her husband is dead. This was filmed on location at 675 NE 93rd Street.

Then we see the gang meet at Carlito’s (set).

Then we return to the cargo container where they put the plan into action.

Then we return to Claire’s place where they pretend to be getting nowhere.

Then we see Michael return to the Epic for another meet with Marv.

Then we return to Michael’s (set) where he and Sam make some napalm.

This leads to Michael meeting with Pete the bad cop while Sam backs Michael up from afar. Michael and Pete enter the circle of Trust. This was filmed at the Seminole Boat Ramp on the south side of the studio.

Then we go to Michael’s (set) where they have to adjust the plan.

We then see Sam meet with Pete at Kevin’s boat. Location unknown.

Then we go to Madeline’s (set) where Fiona and Madeline talk.

Next Fiona and Jesse posse as Internal Affairs cops at Claire’s house, 675 NE 93rd Street. If their ruse was working it would have stopped when she said “Don’t leave town.” A line they stopped using on television in the 1970’s because even back then it sounded stupid.

Then we return to Michael’s place (set).

Then we return to Kevin’s boat where Michael blindly walks into a setup that only the least intelligent of people would fall into. Location unknown.

Then we see Jesse at a traffic jam that with his car smoking and other people driving the wrong way on a clearly one-way street for some unexplained reason. This was filmed on the Rickenbacker Causeway at the west end of the bridge.

We saw this location used previously in Burn Notice in episode 6, Unpaid Debts and episode 47, Made Man.

Michael takes Pete to the side of Tropical Collision Center, behind Tropical Chevrolet (First seen in Miami Vice, episode 2, Heart of Darkness). NE 87th Street at NE 5th Court, Miami Shores. There Pete miraculously comes up with a plan to plant the drugs at Claire’s house.

Then we see Sam bringing in the police. This was filmed at 9301 NE 6th Avenue in Miami Shores. In real life the police station is a M Power Project Fitness gym. The building in the background is the Village Professional Building, 9345 Park Drive.

Then we return to Claire’s house. Where Pete gets caught.

Then we go to Kenny’s burial. It is surprising that Kenny would be buried here since the caretaker stated in episode 54 or 410 that this was an historic cemetery and no one had been buried here in years. Kenny’s plot is only about 30 yards west of where Simon had his booby trapped grave cache. The City of Miami Cemetery, 1800 block of NE 2nd Ave.

Then we go to Madeline’s house (set).
